Welcome to my body of work
Hi, my name’s Theodora and I make symbolic red oil paintings that often depict the womb and vulva.
My work references personal feelings around my body. Having come from emotional and physical misalignment in my cycle I have healed a lot of this through making art.
I usually begin with blue which sometimes comes through in the final piece. However, I have a consistent urge for red which brings me into my body, as well as back to a sense of connection with the earth.

Theodora Price is an oil painter based in Surrey, England.
Her work is intuitive and expresses the dark feminine, as well as red and black animal and womb symbols.
Her work has been featured in Nerve Zine, Universal Love exhibition at Newhouse Art Space, and a joint exhibition called Freedom to Feel at The Lightbox which depicted the feminine journey through paintings and sculptures.
She has held numerous group art sessions, for example a pride workshop with Blossom LGBT+ in Guildford, and is also working 1-1 with individuals who are looking to find joy in connecting to their body.
Her focus is on running painting workshops for women to connect with their story around their womb while keeping her earthy art practice at the center.
