Colour accuracy
Although Theodora Price endeavours to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly. There may also be dust in the painting due to the nature of the working environment.
Copyright
Images used on this website are the property of Theodora Price and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.
As Theodora Price owns the copyright of all her images, that also includes sold original paintings. Theodora has the right to do prints of these original sold images at any time.
Payments
All payments are taken in British Pounds (£GBP), and are charged at the current exchange rate.
Returns
Although generally Theodora Price does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform her by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and she can work to resolve your concerns.
Refunds will only be applicable where Theodora Price is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Theodora Price. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Theodora Price within 16 business days of date of delivery.
Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.
HOLISTIC SERVICES
These terms apply to clients who have booked any kind of session with Theodora Price, or anyone who simply uses her website, theodoraprice.co.uk (‘You’).
Registration
Registration for the Event is required. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process in their registration forms.
Liability
Theodora Price will operate the Services with the reasonable skill and care of a service provider and no further warranties or indemnities are provided.
You should ensure that any decisions or practice made or implemented by you after viewing Theodora Price’s content or materials are made taking into account other factors (apart from the information Theodora Price provides) which you are aware of. In particular if you are subject to or suffer from any psychiatric, psychological or medical condition which may be affected by participating in an Event, taking advice from Theodora Price’s website, or any of our other Services then you should take medical advice before engaging with any of our goods, services or content.
Theodora Price shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of these terms or this Agreement, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for lost profit, lost opportunity or lost reputation or otherwise), costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by Theodora Price’s negligence, her featured guests, featured products or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods and services, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Events
Your booking is an offer to book an Event and Theodora Price reserves the right to refuse any request for a booking for any reason at any time and to refund the fees paid.
You must pay your deposit in full at the time you book an Event. Your order will not be complete until Theodora Price has received payment.
You may pay your deposit by Paypal.
Theodora Price will confirm your order by email when you have sent her your PayPal receipt and Theodora Price will send your booking confirmation by email with relevant details for the session.
You are not entitled to transfer a booking without Theodora Price’s consent.
The cancellation policy for the event may be specified when booking but in the absence of any such policy the following will apply:
If you cancel more than 2 days prior to the start of the Event then you will be entitled to a full refund;
You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel 2 days or less prior to the Event.
If the Event is organised by Theodora Price and she cancels the event (which she reserves the right to do) then she will either:
- provide a booking for an alternative event or date; or
- if you are unable to attend the re-scheduled meeting or event (if any) or there is no re-scheduled event or meeting then she will provide a refund of the fees paid.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
