Through my own journey of uncomfortable periods and feeling disconnected from my body, I discovered how meditation & painting from the womb supported me in feeling calmer, clearer, and more accepting of myself.

Hi there, I’m Theodora.

I’ve been holding mindfulness circles for over a decade and facilitating art workshops and 1-1 creative spaces for the past five years.

My work is rooted in helping women express who they are through intimacy & embodied creativity rather than performance or perfection.

My own journey into womb art began intuitively through oil painting, where a personal creative practice became a doorway into deeper listening, self trust, and connection with my body. 

I now hold creative, womb inspired spaces with a trauma informed, body aware approach, valuing safety, honesty, and creative freedom.

I’m deeply committed to supporting women in reconnecting with their inner voice, boundaries, pleasure, and sense of agency through art.
